Every project starts with a garment check. We review the fabric, construction, seam allowances, and the requested fit before discussing what can realistically be changed.
After the assessment, we outline the scope, explain any limits, and provide a project quote. If the concept depends on existing fabric or structure, that is made clear before approval.

For remodelling and upcycling, we focus on using the strongest parts of the original piece and planning changes that suit the material available. Supplementary materials, if needed, are quoted separately.
Once the design is approved, the work moves into the workshop stage, followed by a fit or finish review before collection. Turnaround depends on the project and workshop capacity.
